Vi tilpasser lengden p\u00e5 turen etter deltakernes fysiske form.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noen deltakere f\u00e5r annen type oppf\u00f8lging fra ABUP parallelt med deltakelse i Basecamp, mens for andre kan dette v\u00e6re deres hovedbehandling. Ungdommene er med p\u00e5 \u00e5 komme med forslag til aktiviteter og er delaktig i utarbeiding av innhold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faste aktiviteter: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00e5tur i naturen, vedsanking og b\u00e5ltenning (hvis forsvarlig), felles matlaging, samt gruppesamtale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andre aktuelle aktiviteter:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Samarbeids\u00f8velser og lek, friluftsaktiviteter (b\u00e5ltenning, kart\/kompass, klatring, bading etc.), rolige aktiviteter (slappe av, ligge i hengek\u00f8ye, oppmerksomt naturn\u00e6rv\u00e6r), sanking og fangst (sopp, b\u00e6r, fisking etc), og kreative aktiviteter (lage ting).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtaler:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> I gruppesamtaler har vi gjerne fokus p\u00e5 det ungdommene er opptatt av, men vi pr\u00f8ver ofte \u00e5 komme inn p\u00e5 tema som kan \u00f8ke oppmerksom tilstedev\u00e6relse, selvinnsikt, selvomsorg, affektbevissthet, sosial kompetanse og\/eller relasjonsbygging.
