UT Ekspedisjon foreg\u00e5r i et lukket gruppeformat hvor det ofte er en gruppe p\u00e5 6- 8 ungdommer og et flerfaglig team med 3 terapeuter\/pedagoger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervensjonen p\u00e5g\u00e5r som regel i l\u00f8pet av et tre ukers tidsrom som starter med en introduksjonssamling hvor foreldre og n\u00e6rst\u00e5ende er invitert til \u00e5 delta, deretter f\u00f8lger dagssamlinger frem mot en flere dagers vandretur (maks 6 dagers varighet), f\u00f8r intervensjonen rundes av med en avslutningssamling hvor nettverket igjen er invitert til \u00e5 delta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&raquo;#kontakt&raquo; Vi tilpasser vanskelighetsgraden p\u00e5 turen etter deltakernes fysiske form og gj\u00f8r forberedelsesarbeid for vandreturen i l\u00f8pet av dagssamlingene i forkant. Man m\u00e5 v\u00e6re innstilt p\u00e5 at vandreturen kan v\u00e6re krevende, medf\u00f8re ulendt terreng, skiftende v\u00e6r, og man m\u00e5 b\u00e6re egen fjellsekk. B\u00e5de deltakere og foreldre\/ n\u00e6rst\u00e5ende f\u00e5r god informasjon om behandlingstilbudet og f\u00e5r mulighet til \u00e5 stille sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e5 dagssamlingene i forkant av vandreturen blir vi enda bedre kjent og vi gj\u00f8r n\u00f8dvendige forberedelser for \u00e5 v\u00e6re best mulig rustet for vandreturen. Det betyr at vi \u00f8ver p\u00e5 riktig bekledning i forhold til v\u00e6r, pakking av sekk, b\u00e5t- og matlaging ute, kart og kompass, sette opp og ta ned telt og s\u00e5 videre, mens vi er p\u00e5 dagstur i n\u00e6rnatur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e5 vandreturen g\u00e5r vi en rundtur i Setesdal Austhei hvor vi s\u00e5 tar i bruk all denne kunnskapen, og vi f\u00e5r godt utbytte av et lengre naturopphold borte fra hverdagens stress, rutiner og utfordringer.
