Welcome

Here you will get to know the Frilufts team at the Department of Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ABUP) at Sørlandet hospital in Southern Norway.

About us

The Frilufts team is responsible for the treatment approach that we call Friluftsterapi and a variety of nature-based day programmes and family-oriented interventions, across the three hospital locations Lister, Kristiansand and Arendal.

On these pages, you find information that can be of interest whether you consider participating or already are participating in friluftsterapi, you are close to someone participating, or whether you are a student, researcher, teacher/lecturer, practitioner, or otherwise interested in what we do and believe in.
